Meet Donna Frett-Gregory and Rodney Moorehead
Donna Frett-Gregory is a Democratic candidate for Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands in the 2026 election, running alongside Rodney Moorehead for Lieutenant Governor. A three-term Virgin Islands Senator, former President of the Legislature, Commissioner of Education, and Chief Financial Officer of the VI Port Authority, Donna brings more than 30 years of public service leadership and over a decade of private sector experience to the governor's race.
Rodney Moorehead, a St. Croix native and lifelong educator, is a proven educational leader of 30 years. He serves as Union President of the St. Croix Educational Administrators' Association and is a member of the Public Employee Relations Board, advocating for working families and the Virgin Islands community.
